I Am Carla Fatio, and I have been working over 20 years in the art area, with art exhibitions, social art projects, art classes and workshops, and so on. I have been participating in more than 110 group exhibitions in different places and countries, and also 30 solo exhibitions in Brazil, and abroad. I also work voluntarily in art-educational actions, and creative and sustainable entrepreneurship. I love what I do, and my life is for art and cultural segments!!
Eu sou Carla Fatio e trabalhado a mais de 20 anos na área de arte, com exposições de arte, projetos de arte social, aulas de arte e programação e assim por diante. Eu tenho participação em mais de 110 exposições coletivas em diferentes lugares e países, e também com 30 exposições individuais no Brasil e no exterior. Studies background: PhD Degree in Sciences (Latin America Studies) at University of São Paulo (USP), with emphasis on critical and cultural production. Master Degree in Arts Education: Teaching/Learning at UNESP-IA (2009); Master in Psycho-Pedagogy at UNISA (2005); Bachelor in Visual Arts Communication at FAAP.
Estudos: Doutorado em Ciências pela USP/PROLAM, com ênfase em produção cultural e crítica. Mestrado em Ensino/Aprendizagem em Artes pela UNESP-IA (2009); Mestrado em Psicopedagogia pela UNISA (2005); Bacharel em Artes Visuais pela FAAP.

I have been awarded with 19 different international prizes as example: "Standards and Environment Close Together", granted by ISO World Environment Award (ISO and ABNT Brazil) and worldwide, toured by 137 countries. Another Prize, "1001 Reasons to Love the Planet Earth” conferred by Van Der Beek Foundation/Nederland was circulated by several countries. Last year (2014) she has got the International Prize of “Ambassador of Art”, approved by The International Art Commission in France.

My name is inserted in several art dictionaries.

Besides being a visual artist, I am involved as Institutional Executive Assessor to 'Abaçaí Cultura e Arte" (by Secretariat of State for Culture and by Secretariat of State for the Rights of the Individual with Disabilities)., since 2006. Before, I used to be a Consulting Coordinator in Visual Arts to IDB- Inter-American Development Bank in Latin America, from 2002 to 2006, for “Fábricas de Cultura” (Culture Factories Program) to the Sao Paulo Secretariat of State for Culture. In addition, I am invited College Professor, and a member of the research group of PhD Professor Lisbeth Ruth Rebollo Gonçalves (at USP), also board member of SINAPESP-AIPA-/UNESCO.
